Small belts are adopted when the outfit is well fitting,” she added.Using belts as a simple fashion accessory has become increasingly popular today. Instead of being worn at the hips, belts are now commonly worn on the upper part of the waist. And sash belts are worn to emphasize the smallest part of the woman’s body - the area of the waist above the bellybutton. “I know that it’s not easy for everyone woman to wear a high waist belt, but honestly, looking good is all about bringing out the best in your appearance,” Sonia Uwamahoro, resident of Kigali, said.Exaggeration is unacceptable when it comes to fashion.
