I have been told a number cases of children who are being traumatized by what they are seeing on television. Yes… this is right; children need to be helped in such a period when child unfriendly things are being shown on the televisions. This does not only happen during the genocide memorial period but also when watching other movies. Children with trauma may scream when they see scaring things, over sleep, get scared of strangers Traumatized children can be taken for counseling or not allowed to see things which can raise their fears.
