Soldiers clash with civilians in eastern Cote d’Ivoire
Violent confrontations between the civilian population and officers from the Cote d’Ivoire Republican Forces (FRCI) erupted on Sunday in the eastern area of Arrah casuing many to flee their homes for safety, local residents told Xinhua on Tuesday.
