Feedback from the article - Local Think Tank initiates debating forum - published in The New Times on Saturday. Editor, Good Idea, but Rwanda Television is a very good example of a failed institution that should be the starting point of our debate. Imagine, the whole world is watching the Africa Cup of Nations but RTV is busy showing unattractive interviews.
