Ugandan MPs want two ministers sacked over corruption
Ugandan legislators have recommended for the sacking of two of the country's cabinet ministers and the bank chief over abuse of office. The lawmakers seating on the Parliamentary Public Accounts Committee (PAC) want ministers, Apollo Kiddu Makubuya, minister of general duties Office of the Prime Minister, Syda Bbumba, minister of gender, labor and social development and Bank of Uganda governor, Emmanuel Tumusiime fired over controversial compensation payments to two city businessmen over market ownership cancellation in the capital Kampala.
