Editor,I wish to respond to an article, appeared in The Sunday Times, February 5, titled “Districts to fast-track imidugudu”. This is a good initiative that ought to have the support of all Rwandans. Decent housing is a basic human right and it would be failure on our part if we were to disregard a portion of our population’s right to this.
