Gasigwa wins Heroes Day tennis tournament

Men’s Singles final Gasigwa (CSK) bt Moubarak (CSK) 6-3 6-2 Women’s Singles final Umumararungu (CSK) bt Ingabire (CSK) 6-3, 2-6, 6-2 Doubles Kamanzi/Karanguza (APR) bt Kazura/Karabaranga (CSK) 6-3 3-6 7-5 RWANDA’s top ranked player Jean Claude Gasigwa won the inaugural Heroes Day tennis tournament which wound up on Wednesday at Amahoro stadium courts.Gasigwa beat off club mate Moubaraka Harerimana in straight sets 6-3 6-2 to lift the first edition of Heroes tournament title.
