“Good Samaritans” who fleece students must be punished
Editor,Allow me to comment on a story by Bosco Asiimwe that appeared in The NewTimes, January 12 titled “Pastor defrauds 300 students.” Needy students ought to realise there are many quacks masquerading as good Samaritans.
