Editor, Allow me through your newspaper to commend the Kigali Bus Service (KBS) management for their initiative to launch upcountry operations. The company has enabled us to properly manage our transport needs by introducing weekly and monthly ticketing schemes. At the same time, with its buses, passengers are assured of reaching their destinations on time.
