90 couples tie the knot in mass wedding
GATSIBO - 92 couples who had been cohabiting, Friday tied the knot in a mass wedding held in Karubungo Cell, Gitoki Sector in Gatsibo District. In a message to the newlyweds, Gitoki Executive Secretary, Innocent Kanamugire urged them to respect marriage in conformity with the values and norms of Rwandan culture.
