Editor, IT is sad to read that the FDLR is unabatedly killing innocent people in Democratic Republic of Congo. Yet, its leaders are not being sought after, and when caught are set free for lack of evidence as was the case with Callixte Mbarushimana who was ordered released by the ICC. The FDLR rebel group is comprised of fugitives of the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi and there is no doubt they are bent on continuing with the killings. If the world believes in peace and stability, it’s high time they put together their efforts to end the suffering of Congolese people. There are various regional, continental and international bodies, what are they doing about this issue. Fidel NyanvumbaGisenyi
