Editor, The move by Swedish police who, last week, arrested a Genocide fugitive, Stanislas Mbanenande sends strong warning to others still in hiding. As progress is being made, I hope countries should put in more effort to arrest Genocide masterminds like Félicien Kabuga, accused of bankrolling the atrocities. You cannot kill innocent people and get away with it. It would be good if Swedish police extradite, to Rwanda, Mbanenande to face trial where the crime was committed.
