Change in design delays issuing of A-level certificates
The issuing of new Advanced Level certificates with the candidates’ photographs has delayed because of the new features. Formerly, A-Level certificate simply stated the graduates name, school, examination number and score. Speaking to The New Times, the Deputy Director of the Rwanda Education Board (REB), Emmanuel Muvunyi, revealed that the 2010 A-level certificates would be the first to have the security feature.
Candidates write their exam. The candidates for 2010 have decried delay of their transcripts.
