Extradite all genocide fugitives to Rwanda
Editor, I wish to respond to Didas Nshuti’s letter that appeared in the letters to the editor section of yesterday’s issue of The New Times titled “ICTR decision on Uwinkindi should set precedence.” Indeed, Uwinkindi transfer is a big relief to Rwandans who have waited for justice for many years.
