50 Police Officers acquire investigative skills
50 Police Officers from the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) yesterday completed a three-month training in securing and protecting a crime scene. The training,part of a move to professionalize the force,was held in Bugesera District and was funded by the Belgian Technical Cooperation (BTC).
