Cecafa boss Tenga advocates for youth tournaments

The Cecafa president, Leodegar Tenga, has vowed to make more investments in youth football in his second term of office. Tenga, who is also the president of the Tanzanian Football Association, was elected for the second term in November. He said that Cecafa is desperate to strengthen the U-17 and U-20 regional championships and will host two youth events after every two years.
