Today APR v Electrogaz Police v Military Kibuye v Kiyovu Marines v Atraco AS Kigali v Mukura APR new head coach Rene Feller will not make his debut on APR bench not until after next weekend, team manager Capt. Eric Ntazinda has confirmed. The Dutchman was expected to make his debut in APR dugout this afternoon against Electrogaz at Nyamirambo stadium but that has changed because he has only been with the team for just a day. Feller, 66, and former Eritrea national team coach returned to Kigali on Thursday and took the team through his first training yesterday along with his assistant Erik Paske. Their absence from the touchline means, Jean David Katotola will continue to be in charge as he seeks to maintain APR’s grip on top spot on the league table. The reigning champion APR will once again bank on the energetic display of leading top scorer Jabir Mutarambirwa who has notched 10 league goals. A win will keep the military side at the summit in the league table. APR lead with 33 points, one ahead of second placed Atraco and a further six adrift of Rayon Sports in third. However, the military side goes into today’s game without the influential pair of the Twite twin brothers, Mbuyu and Kabange who are yet to return from their holiday in their native DR Congo. Elsewhere, Atraco who were held to a one-all draw by Kibuye in midweek will be hoping to return to winning ways against Marines after two back-to-back draws. After two identitical 1-1 draws with Police and Kibuye, the taxi-men side can not afford dropping more points as it means dropping ground on APR as the chase for the title nears the home stretch. Ends
