A score card for service delivery may be worthwhile
Editor, After reading the story “Gov’t to streamline service delivery” and “corruption watchdog warns local leaders against graft” all published in yesterday’s issue of The New Times, I would like to suggest that local government offices devise score cards to grade efficiency in service delivery
