Editor, Never has the saying cheap is expensive been more relevant. Most of the mobile phone traders in the Kigali city deal in cheap phones that end up breaking down after a short while. I recently bought one from a hawker in Kigali but after using it for a week, it stopped functioning! This is a warning to the general public to beware of cheap phones that are never value for money.
