Kigali City Hall construction nears completion

The days of Kigali City Council (KCC) struggling to get office space are approaching their end as its proposed new headquarters; “Kigali City Hall”, enters the final stages of construction.   This was noted by city Mayor, Fidel Ndayisaba, while launching the final phase of constructing the six-storey structure located near the current offices of KCC, in Nyarugenge District.
