Rwanda joins International Cooperatives Body

The Rwanda Cooperative Agency (RCA) was, last month, registered as a member of the International Cooperative Alliance (ICA), joining the select list of 15 countries in Africa. In an interview with The New Times yesterday, Damien Mugabo, the Director General of RCA said that the membership was approved during the General Assembly of ICA which took place in Cancun city in Mexico where some officials from RCA were present.
