Editor, The one pint of milk per child programme, managed by Rwanda Animal Resources Development Authority (RARDA), in primary schools, is a wonderful idea. We should all appreciate that our children are the future professionals who will usher Rwanda into prosperity. However, without appropriate care, they would become easily distracted and have problems concentrating on their education. They become better students when their bodies are well-nourished and healthy. The incentive milk may also reduce instances of absenteeism. Most notably, performance will improve and drop-out rates reduce. Enid IribagizaNyagatare
