Good news from Netherlands
Editor, I read in the media, last week, that The Netherlands might soon start trying Genocide crimes following the approval of a bill by the Dutch Parliament that will extend the mandate to prosecute the crime. This is encouraging news to all Rwandans especially the survivors of the 1994 Genocide against Tutsi.
