Gatare to brief House on ICT bill

The Minister in charge of ICT in the Office of the President, Dr Ignace Gatare, will, on Monday, address a joint parliamentary session on the proposed Information Communication and Technology draft law.  The lecture is aimed at enlightening lawmakers about the technicalities of the instrument, which provides a comprehensive legal, regulatory and institutional framework that will allow the country adapt to the global development of ICT.
