Early learners can pave the way for Rwanda’s stalling reading and writing culture
Recently, a programme on Literacy, Language and Learning (L3) was launched by the Ministry of Education in collaboration with USAID (United States Aid for International Development)to enhance reading and mathematical skills from grade one to grade four. The programme will be rolled out over the next 5 years in conjunction with a non-governmental organisation Education Development Center.
