Dear editor, Many companies in Rwanda require their workers to get registered and be availed health insurance. This has become a popular exercise and insurance companies like RAMA have flourished. Rwanda is among the few countries in the world, which takes the issue of health insurance very seriously. This means that the quality of health of the people, who are in different jobs/work is some how guaranteed. This is has succeeded because most organizations have had this scheme at the forefront of their programs. The exercise should be embraced by most people, especially those who may not necessarily be in formal employment or working with organizations that do not give it priority. It would no doubt make life better for many people across the country. Rusumo
