Dear editor, Allow me through your paper, express my discontent to those people responsible for importing vehicles into the country. Two days back, the criminal investigation department (CID) and traffic police unit, in collaboration with agents from international criminal police organizations (Interpol) impounded vehicles with questionable documentations. Ten of them have already been confirmed stolen from countries like Japan and Dubai. The dilemma to me and others in the country is; how such vehicles cross the boarders and who are the importers of such vehicles, how do they beat the scrutiny exercises to get number plates and other valid necessary documentations. I am afraid that some authorities must be collaborating with those people who import wrong vehicles. So dealing with such people more seriously and accordingly, would end the malpractices. I pity those who bought them expensively because the criminal investigation department said that they are going to take them back to where they were stolen from. Kakiro
