Group uses theatre to promote unity

MUHANGA- Young Women Christian Association (YWCA) has embarked on dramatisation to foster unity among residents of Mushishiro in Muhanga District. A play titled ‘Bangamwabo’ sponsored by the European Commission (EC) has already been performed in Muhanga and Ruhango districts.“We need such plays because it’s important in educating residents as they strive for unity and reconciliation. Though entertaining, there are many lessons left for reflection on working together as one people,” Sixte Mungarakarama, the leader of Mushishiro, said.
