Rwf30 million for Huye memorial
The government has set aside Rwf30 million to put up a Genocide memorial site in Karama Sector of Huye District. According to the Executive Secretary of Karama, Frederic Sebarinda, the site is scheduled for completion before April 2012 “We hope to start construction very soon”, he said, without hinting on the actual date.
