Gacaca courts reconciled Rwandans
Editor, Allow me to respond to a story published in The New Times on November, 1, titled: “Gacaca met expectations – NCHR.” I have travelled throughout the country and talked to many Genocide survivors and their take is that Gacaca courts handled the cases quite impressively.
