Should condoms be given to Secondary School students?

“When you talk about students and school, the main thing that comes to mind is school fees and other scholastic materials. So, when it comes to sex and unplanned pregnancies, it should be mostly addressed to the parents, school management and other concerned people. Students should be taught to abstain and use condom as the last option.”
