Rescuers lift  a lorry that overturned at ‘15’ (kilometer), along the Kigali-Rwamagana road. According to Police Spokesman, Supt. Theos Badege, the accident is believed to have been caused by a combination of overloading and over-speeding. The driver was heading from Kigali to Nyagatare. There were no serious injuries, but police have warned the public against reckless driving, especially during the rainy season.  The New Times/Timothy Kisambira.
