BlackBerry users to pay for video streaming

Blackberry users in Rwanda can now access online videos on their handsets but at a fee of Rwf 30 per megabyte.  The development follows concerns raised by users claiming that they could not enjoy the full benefits of their smart phone devices. Some of the features that have been inaccessible to BlackBerry users in Rwanda include streaming videos online, flash players and AppWorld that gives subscribers access to several applications and downloads.
