New athletics boss promises change

AFTER a lot of squabbles and wrangling in the athletics federation (RAF), the new federation president Louis Rurangirwa has promised to revamp the sport. Rurangirwa, who was the 1st vice president in the previous administration which was marred by allegations of embezzlement and swindling of money meant for the Kigali Peace marathon, has promised transparency, accountability and tapping talent at grass roots.
