Ensure road safety for children

Early in the morning the roads are filled with several children going to school. Some of them are driven to school by their parents, others use the school bus, motorcycles or bicycles while most of them walk. Those parents who choose to hire motorcyclists to transport their children should be extra sensitive because it is risky. Thank God for the law put in place by the Rwanda National Police that ensures that not more than one child is carried on a motorcycle.
