Dear editor, It beats my understanding to see ‘some’ army vehicles time and again breaking petty road traffic laws. It is clearly laid out that these laws are for all citizens to follow. I have witnessed several army vehicles disrespecting traffic lights, overtaking in dangerous corners and driving recklessly
