Mugambage cautions students on living purposeful lives
Rwanda’s High Commissioner to Uganda, Frank Mugambage, has called on students to desist from practices that can tarnish their dignity, and work towards consolidating the progress Rwanda has registered. The envoy made the remarks, yesterday, while presiding over a Prayer Conference organized by Rwandan students of Kampala International University (KIU).
