Lake Tanganyika Basin conference to discuss investment

The Lake Tanganyika Basin Development Conference, slated for next month in Burundi will discuss increasing investment and trade in the East African Community. Themed “Unlocking the Overflowing Trade and Investment Opportunities in the Basin”, the two-day event (Nov 28-29) is meant to harness the potential for trade, investment and socio-economic development in the Lake Tanganyika Basin.
