Collective effort will curb cross-border crimes
Editor, The African Contact Officers’ Network (AFCON) is meeting in Kigali to devise better ways to share information needed to further combat trans-border crimes on the continent. Working together as a team will surely reduce crimes in Africa. Reports indicate that after committing crime the suspects sometimes decide to run and seek refugee in other countries.
