Rehabilitation works on Karongi roads kick-off

KARONGI- Rehabilitation works of roads linking Karongi with its neighbouring districts and interconnecting sectors within the district has started. The exercise is in line with this year’s proposed performance contract that places infrastructural development as a main priority. Other priority areas include the establishment of a modern and outstanding business centre that is expected to attract traders from the neighbouring DR Congo.
