Parliament to hold Open Day
In a bid to improve its public outreach, the Parliament intends to hold its second open day tomorrow. Speaking to The New Times, the Parliamentary Director of Communication, Augustine Habimana, said that Members of Parliament found it necessary to invite the public and show them how and where they work from.
