Amb. Kabale presents credentials to UNESCO chief
The Rwandan Ambassador to France, Jacques Kabale, early this week, presented his letter of credence to the Director General of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO), Irina Georgieva Bokova.A statement from the Rwandan embassy in Paris says the ceremony was held at the UNESCO headquarters located at Place de Fontenoy.
