Munyakazi, Setako convictions welcome
Editor,The Appeals Chamber of the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda (ICTR), upheld the sentences of former businessman Yusuf Munyakazi and former Rwandan military officer, Lt Col Ephreim Setako.I followed the trials of the duo and I can say the ruling was fair and sincere because it was based on undisputable evidence from Rwanda.
