Rwanda’s referees, Issa Kagabo, Celestin Ntagungira and Felicien Kabanda have been named by Caf to officiate at the Confederations Cup tie between Nigeria’s Wikki Tourist and Ghana’s Asante Kotoko. The trio is making its second appearance at this year’s competition. Their first assignment came a fortnight ago in Bujumbura where they officiated at the first round tie between Inter Stars and Uganda’s Express Fc. Kagabo and Kabanda are a little inexperienced as regards the officiating at big matches but Ntagungira, he has gained lot of experience at the highest level. Ntagungira already has two Nations’ Cup and one World Cup as well as several other international tournaments under his belt.Ends
