African Network of Parliamentary Staff to meet in Kigali
KIGALI -The Ninth General Assembly of the African Network of Parliamentary Staff is scheduled to sit in Kigali today.According to the Director of Communication and Public Outreach in the Parliament, Augustine Habimana, about 80 delegates are expected to take part in the conference.
