Rwamagana authorities shut down unsafe building
RWAMAGANA-The doors to one of the few storied buildings in Rwamagana town were indefinitely closed after the building was declared unfit for business. According to the Mayor, Neheme Uwimana, the owners of the two-storied house had deliberately refused to heed to advice by authorities to re-furbish it.
