It is a little understandable to see a young child staring at a Mzungu but outright annoying if an adult indulges in the same pastime.Haven’t you seen a mzungu before? There are always white people in Kigali and other major towns, as well as villages. So there is no reason for you to suspend your thinking and stop to stare at a Mzungu as if they are from another planet.
