THE national rugby federation needs Rwf 20m to host the CAR 15s tournament scheduled for month according to the body’s vice president in charge of finance and marketing Alex Araire.Four teams that include Burundi, DRCongo, Reunion Republic and Rwanda will take part in the eight day tournament that will run from October9-16.
