Top African bankers visit Kigali memorial

KIGALI - Senior executives from various financial institutions across Africa have condemned the perpetrators of the 1994 Genocide against Tutsi, stressing that the act should never have been allowed to happen in an African society.The bankers grouped under the umbrella, Association of African Development Finance Institution (AADFI), toured the memorial on the sidelines of a conference they were attending in Kigali on Thursday.
