Launch of new traffic lights postponed
The activation of the recently installed traffic lights at various busy junctions in the City of Kigali has been postponed to next week. In a telephone interview, the traffic chief, CSP Celestin Twahirwa, told The New Times that the launch was halted pending further technical works.
